Nick was professional and did a very thorough job of inspecting a condominium we were interested in purchasing. The inspection report he supplied to us was very well-done and easy to understand. We also requested 4-point and wind mitigation inspections, which were done quickly and professionally, allowing us to obtain better insurance rates from our insurance company. Nick was quick to answer any questions we had after we received the inspection reports and even referred us to an excellent plumbing contractor that we needed to provide us with a plumbing estimate.
