Why the name "Patriot"?
Patriot Inspections reflects founder Nicholas Brugal’s deep appreciation for the United States of America and his pride in the opportunities this country provides.
Nick, a second‑generation American, spent his childhood on military bases around the world. His father—the son of Dominican immigrants—rose through the ranks of the U.S. Navy, retiring as Commander of the USS Ronald Reagan.
Inspired by that example of service, Nick served 14 years as a police officer and SWAT team leader before channeling the same discipline and commitment into founding Patriot Inspections in Naples, Florida, in 2015.
Having seen much of the world, Nick believes America is a gift worth honoring, and he built the company on the values of honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
Within three years of its founding, Patriot Inspections earned a reputation for detailed, service‑oriented inspections and has continued to grow through word‑of‑mouth referrals ever since.
